Jane Hudson, Director of JBass Learning

Jane has thirty years of experience in learning and development, designing and delivering organisational learning solutions across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. Her specialty is regulatory learning and development, and she has over twenty years of experience working for and with various regulatory agencies, building their regulatory capability, culture, and leadership.  

Jane holds a Master of Adult Education (Global) and a Bachelor of Adult Learning and Development, both from Monash University Australia. She taught Instructional Design for the Australian Institute of Training and Development (AITD) for five years. Jane started JBass Learning as a side hustle in 2013. In 2019, JBass became a company, and Jane moved into working at JBass full-time.
